At Dark Iron Fitness we’re extremely confident in the quality of our weightlifting accessories and we stand behind the integrity of each one. That’s why we offer a lifetime replacement warranty for them.
If for some reason our weight lifting accessories are damaged, defective, or become unsafe to use then we’ll replace them free of charge. Just follow these steps to receive your brand new replacement product free of charge.
It only takes 10 seconds and we won’t replace your product if you aren’t registered.
a.) Please take a couple pictures of the damages of the product and attach them in the email.
b.) Please include the new product you are needing (size, color, Etc.)
c.) Please include your shipping details
Send all the information to the email: firstname.lastname@example.org
After receiving your email with all the above information we’ll send out your brand new replacement product free of charge.

Exchanges / Returns
If you’re in need of returning or exchanging your Dark Iron Fitness product we’ll be happy to assist you.

We require the customer to pay for return shipping because for your original order we offer free shipping and for any exchanges we ship your new product free of charge as well.
So we require the customer to pay for return shipping to even the shipping costs
Steps for Exchange / Return
The process for returning a product for an exchange or a refund can be followed by these steps:

Once you have shipped the product please keep the mailing receipt and send us a copy of the shipping receipt and the tracking number to: email@example.com
In your email please also let us know your past order number, the product you are returning back to us, and the new size or color of the product you would like the product to be exchanged for.
Once we receive all the information above we will send out the product exchange free of charge.
In your email please also let us know your past order number and that you would like a refund.
